Spot cleaning would probably lift the spot! (The ribbon that hangs off from the back of dress would hide this area as well!)
This dress was purchased & I personally hand glued on extra glass & pearl acrylic rhinestones on this dress! It has several hundred rhinestones that were added to the dress.
